Retrieve subscriber information

Retrieves details about a subscriber using their subscriber ID. This includes information such as when they joined the email list, how they subscribed, and their current subscription status.

Sync subscriber data from Sitecore Send to an external CRM or customer support tool.

Create many subscribers

Adds multiple new subscribers to a specific Sitecore Send email list by specifying the email list ID or name.

Import new users from a lead generation platform, ecommerce store, or event registration tool into Sitecore Send.

Create subscriber

Adds a single new subscriber to a specific Sitecore Send email list by specifying the email list ID or name.

Automatically add a new user to your email list when they sign up through a third-party platform, such as a website form or mobile app.

Increment or decrement numeric custom field

Adjusts the value of a numeric custom field in a specific Sitecore Send email list. You can increase or decrease the value by an absolute number or a percentage.
