Sitecore Send triggers
The following real-time triggers are available for Sitecore Send:

New Subscriber - this trigger runs when a new subscriber is added to an email list in Sitecore Send.

New Unsubscribe - this trigger runs when a subscriber is removed from a Sitecore Send email list.

Update Profile - this trigger runs when a subscriber's profile information is updated in Sitecore Send.
