Log in to SitecoreAI

To access SitecoreAI, you must be a team member in the Sitecore Cloud Portal organization that contains your SitecoreAI app and have the appropriate app access. Your admin can invite you to the organization and grant you the appropriate access.

To log in to SitecoreAI:

  1. Log in to the Sitecore Cloud Portal.

    The maximum number of concurrent users is stated in your SitecoreAI contract. If you exceed the limit specified in your contract, Sitecore can't guarantee performance or stability.

  2. If you belong to multiple organizations, click the organization that contains SitecoreAI.

    Alternatively, if you were already logged in and have access to multiple organizations, you must switch to the organization that contains the app you want to access.

  3. In the Sitecore Cloud Portal home page, in the Apps section, click the SitecoreAI app you want to log in to, then in the right-hand pane, click Open app or click the related app or tool in the Quick actions section.
