Delete an item
To remove an item from all search results, you can delete its corresponding index document using the Content Collection page of the Sitecore Search.
To delete an indexed item or index document:

On the menu bar, click Content Collection, then click Content.

To search for content, use the search bar. Then, hover over the index document you want to remove.

Click Delete in content collection

In the Delete document dialog that appears, confirm that you want to delete the document from the index by clicking Delete.
ImportantTo make sure the item is not indexed during the next scheduled crawl or run, remove it from the content crawled or pushed by its associated source.
