Sort and filter notifications
In the Global Resources section of Sitecore Search, in Notifications, the main pane lists all notifications from the subscriptions in your user account.
This topic describes how to sort and filter the listing.
Sort notifications
To sort notifications:

On the Notifications page, in the top right of the listing, in the Sort by drop-down menu, select how you want to sort the notifications. The options are Last Occurrence, Entity, Severity, and Status.
Filter notifications by keyword
To filter notifications by keyword:

In the Global Resources section, click Notifications.

On the Notifications page, in the top left of the listing, in the Search input text field, enter keyword.
Filter notifications by severity, status, and type
To filter notifications by severity, status, and type:

In the Global Resources section, click Notifications.

To the right of the listing, in the Filter by pane, select the severity, status, and type options you want to filter by.
