Pause or restart an automation
Although it's easy to create a custom automation, it's not always possible to predict all your requirements. You might need to stop an automation and redesign it.
Disabling or modifying an automation will halt users at their current step in the flow. When the automation is re-enabled, these users will not continue in the flow. We recommend setting up your automation and keeping it enabled.
To pause an automation:

On the menu bar, click Automation.

On the My Automation Workflows page, find the automation you want to pause.

In the Status column, set the Active toggle switch to Inactive.
To restart an automation:

On the menu bar, click Automation.

On the My Automation Workflows page, find the automation you want to restart.

In the Status column, set the Inactive toggle switch to Active.
