Pause or restart an automation
Although it's easy to create a custom automation, it's not always possible to predict all your requirements. You might need to stop an automation and redesign it. You can continue to customize the automation while your campaign progresses.
To pause an automation:

On the menu bar, click Automation.

On the My Automation Workflows page, find the automation you want to pause.

In the Status column, set the Active toggle switch to Inactive.
To restart an automation:

On the menu bar, click Automation.

On the My Automation Workflows page, find the automation you want to restart.

In the Status column, set the Inactive toggle switch to Active.
