The segmentation criteria
Sitecore Send lets you create segments to target audiences based on their data and improve the efficiency of your email marketing campaigns. To achieve this, you must have a vast list of options when setting your list segment's conditions. This means that each segment you create can become a perfect representation of your email marketing strategy.
You can target your audience based on the information you have gathered about them in the form of custom fields (age, gender, size, interests) and then combine these with what Sitecore Send tells you about how your email list members react to your newsletters (opens, clicks, and so on). You can filter your email list accordingly and send targeted campaigns.
Sitecore Send comes with the following segmentation criteria:
