Understanding the generated response
The Brand Assistant strives for accuracy but it might occasionally generate incorrect responses. Always verify the information provided.
Each response generated by the Brand Assistant includes the following elements:

-
Thinking - shows how the Brand Assistant generated the response. Click to expand and view details of the agentic AI process, including where the information came from - like brand knowledge or web searches.
-
Response - the main answer generated based on the Brand Assistant's thinking process. It uses information from the Brand Context or searches brand knowledge or the web to deliver the most relevant answer.
NoteIn certain scenarios, the response might include an artifact - a standalone, editable content block that appears in the left-hand pane with a title,
icon, and version label (v1). An artifact is created:
-
When you explicitly request a campaign brief.
-
When you use the brainstorming feature.
-
-
Sources - click to expand and view the sources used to generate the content. This might include brand knowledge, web sources, or both.
-
Suggested follow-up questions - click to view a list of related questions or prompts to continue the conversation or explore more topics.
Refining the generated response
If the Brand Assistant's response isn't what you expected, try:
-
Rephrasing your prompt.
-
Adding more detail or context.
-
Clarifying your request.
Then, regenerate the response for better results.
If the Brand Assistant isn’t generating accurate or on-brand content, it's often due to incomplete or inaccurate brand documents. See Troubleshooting for guidance.
When an artifact is created - either from a campaign brief request or during brainstorming - you can refine it by editing the content manually.
