The Campaigns page
The Campaigns page (previously called Projects) simplifies campaign management and helps teams collaborate in their marketing campaigns, product launches, digital ad strategies or similar initiatives. It provides a centralized workspace where you can view or create a campaign, edit campaign information, add team members, organize deliverables, assign tasks, and upload files.
To access the Campaigns page in Sitecore Stream, on the navigation menu, click Campaigns. The Campaigns page lists campaign that are created across your organization.
Alternatively, you can go to the My day page and navigate to the My campaigns section to access your campaigns.
Campaign views
To open the Overview page, in the Campaign page, click the name of the campaigns.
-
In the top-left corner of the Overview page, you can view the campaign's status, name, labels, description, and selected brand kit.
-
In the top-right corner, you'll find the campaign's team members as well as the settings icon
, which you can use to edit, delete, or archive a campaign. -
Below the list of team members, you'll find the campaign's progress bar. The purple fill on the progress bar represents the percentage of task completion, for example 18%. The vertical teal marker on the progress bar indicates the time elapsed for the campaign. For example, being on Day 22 of 61 means the campaign is currently on its 22nd day out of a 61-day duration, ending on September 30, 2025.
