Understanding workflow entities
The orchestration capability enables marketers to manage campaigns across team members and Sitecore products, in a centralized location.
To effectively use the AI-enhanced campaign management tools, start by familiarizing yourself with the three main workflow entities:
These entities help you organize your work, track action items, collaborate with your team, and monitor overall progress. Together, they form the foundation for planning and completing your campaigns efficiently.
The following image shows how the three entities are structured in the Overview page. A campaign can consist of one or more deliverables, each divided into actionable tasks.
All three entities can be deleted, archived, or unarchived when necessary to help you better manage your campaigns.
Campaigns
Campaigns are the top-level entities representing key initiatives, goals, or large pieces of work for your team, such as marketing campaigns, product launches, or digital ad strategies.
Campaigns enable you to divide work into deliverables and tasks, manage them within defined timelines, and keep team members aligned. You can easily manage and view campaigns you are a part of in one location.

When you create a campaign or edit its details, you can:

Define and update campaign details, such as the name and description.

Set the campaign status and duration.

Assign team members to collaborate on the campaign.

Link a brand kit to the campaign if your organization has one.

Select a thumbnail image that visually represents your campaign.
Deliverables
Deliverables are groups of related tasks within a campaign that represent tangible outcomes. They split a campaign into manageable and actionable components, ensuring that all associated tasks contribute to the project's successful completion.

When you add a deliverable to a campaign, you can:

Define clear outcomes to support your campaign's objectives.

Set due dates to ensure timely completion.

Align tasks with the deliverable's purpose and its stage in the marketing funnel.

Choose the appropriate funnel tactics required to achieve the deliverable.
Tasks
Tasks are the actionable steps required to complete a deliverable. By splitting deliverables into smaller, manageable pieces, it makes it easier to stay focused, assign responsibilities, and track progress. You can quickly view your pending tasks from the My day page.
In the image, some tasks needed to complete the Campaign Research and Assets Creation deliverable are Research Audience and Competitors and Research Campaign Assets.
When you add a task to a deliverable, you can:

Assign responsibilities by designating team members to specific tasks.

Define the task objective by adding descriptions or instructions.

Track progress by setting the task status and task deadline.

Select predefined calls to action or specify custom actions to align with campaign requirements.

Identify dependencies with other tasks to prioritize completion.
-
Add attachments relevant to the task, such as documents or images, for reference or collaboration.
