Keyboard shortcuts in the rich text editor

You can use keyboard shortcuts to apply formatting to text in the rich text editor.

Editing

Use the following shortcuts to edit text:

Font formats

Use the following shortcuts to apply formatting to selected text:

Lists

To format a paragraph as a list item, enter the relevant shortcut at the beginning of the paragraph followed by a space:

To remove the bullet or number, place the cursor at the beginning of the paragraph and press backspace.
