Enable features in Sitecore CDP

To use certain features in Sitecore CDP, you have to enable features. Some features are available to be enabled for your organization and other features are available to be enabled just for your account.

To enable a feature:

On the navigation menu, click > Manage Features.

Note

The features that you can enable depend on your app role. Most user roles only have access to the debug feature.
To enable a feature, in the Features list, turn on the switch next to the feature.
Click Save.

If you do not immediately have access to the feature, try logging out and logging back into Sitecore CDP.
