Generate content using AI

Content Hub ONE's AI content generator effortlessly composes the draft text for your content item, making it easier than ever to create compelling content. After you have the initial text, you can further refine it for specific fields using the AI writer.

To generate content using AI:

  1. On the menu bar, click Content.

  2. On the Content page, click Create content item.

  3. In the Create content item dialog, select a content type:

    • In the Content type or Locale field, enter the name and then select it. As you type, the list of content types or locales is filtered to match what you enter.

    • Click the arrow next to the Content type or Locales field and, in the drop-down list, click a content type or locale.

  4. Click Continue.

  5. In the upper-right corner of the content item details page, click Start with AI.

  6. In the Start with AI input field, enter a prompt that describes the content you want to create, and click Generate.

  7. If the content isn't quite what you want, refine your prompt, and click Generate. Alternatively, to use the same prompt to generate different content, click Regenerate.

Content Hub ONE keeps a history of the versions you create each time you click Regenerate and save the content item. You can revert back to any version until you click Save and then the history is deleted.

  8. To improve the text, click in a field and modify the text manually or use the AI writer.

  9. Click Save.

Tip

Be specific and keep the prompt clear and concise, including the type of content you want to generate as well as keywords and constraints (for example, step-by-step recipe for a macaroni casserole for two people with a list of ingredients, steps to prepare, and total time to complete. Include vegetables, but no meat),
