Fitment data feed specifications

Fitments are representation of a vehicle, appliance, or any other item that you do not sell, but for which you are selling parts or accessories. Sitecore Discover predefines fitment attributes to facilitate your fitment data feed. When you prepare a fitment data feed file, you must map your own attributes to the appropriate Discover attributes.

The following table lists and describes required and optional fitment attributes.

`year`	integer	Required. Year of the fitment expressed as yyyy.	`2015`
`make`	string	Required. Make or manufacturer of the fitment.	`Samsung`
`model`	string	Required. Model of the fitment.	`RF22K9381SG/AA (0000)`
`name`	string	Optional. A name or title that represents this fitment.	`2015 Samsung RF22K9381SG/AA (0000)`
`seo_name`	string	Optional. SEO friendly name.	`2015-samsung-rf22k9381sg-aa-0000`
`sub_model`	string	Optional. A secondary name of the model is applicable.	`LS`
`drive`	string	Optional. Type of drivetrain for automotive fitment.	`4WD`
`engine`	string	Optional. Type of engine for the fitment.	`V8 ( 6.2L / 376 )`
`transmission`	string	Optional. Type of transmission for the fitment.	`Automatic`
`trim`	string	Optional. Type of trim or body style for the fitment.	`Coupe`
`is_active`	Boolean	Optional. Whether or not the fitment is active.	`True (default)`

You can provide any number of optional attributes to describe a fitment that is relevant to your business. Discuss your specific requirements with your Sitecore representative.
