Exploring data

During the integration process with Sitecore Discover, code blocks to track events are inserted into your website. Using a multi-touch attribution model, we create various attributed metrics. These are the data foundation of all your reports.

The data set displayed in a report is based on the values of the various data filters available in drop-down menus located at the top of every page-level report. When you change a filter value, all reports on the page are regenerated with new data.

The following sections describe ways you can access various data sets to gain business intelligence and insights into your merchandising strategy.

Regenerate reports

All page-level reports provide filters to drive the data behind each individual report on the page. The data in the report refreshes when you change the value of any of these filters. You can save the data filter configurations for future use, so that you can easily regenerate the same report with a fresh data set.

View multiple reports with the same data set

The data filters that define the data behind a report, persist to the next report you open. You can evaluate performance on multiple reports with the same data set.

Explore the data behind reports

You can examine the data at a data point in chart visualizations by hovering over the point. For most tables, you can export the data to a file.
