BOPIS overview report

In the Analytics section of the Customer Engagement Console (CEC), in the BOPIS section, the BOPIS overview report describes the performance of your buy online and pick-up in-store strategy.

For a selected time period, you can access the following in the BOPIS overview report:

BOPIS comparative metrics
Store explorer
Conversion funnel
Top categories
Top products
