Save, open, and delete reports

The Customer Engagement Console (CEC) lets you save reports with configured settings and filters, view saved reports, and delete them when they are no longer required.

Save a report

To save a report's settings:

You cannot save or email a report with custom date ranges.

  1. In the CEC, on the menu bar, click Analytics.

  2. Generate the report by applying the required filtering.

  3. To save the report, in the top right-hand side of the report page, click Save.

  4. In the Save Report dialog, in the Report name field, enter a name for the report.

  5. Click Save.

Open a saved report

To open a saved report:

  1. In the CEC, on the menu bar, click Analytics.

  2. In the left navigation pane, click Customized reports, then click Saved reports.

    The Saved Report Details table displays a list of saved reports.

  3. Click the report you want to open.

Delete a saved report

To delete a saved report:

  1. In the CEC, on the menu bar, click Analytics.

  2. In the menu bar, click Customized reports, then click Saved reports.

  3. In the grid listing the reports, hover over the report, and click Delete.

    Note

    When you hover over the report, action buttons appear on the right-hand side of the grid.
