Monitor the status of a data feed run

All of the information that Sitecore Discover has about your products is supplied by regular, automated data feed runs. It is essential that these data feed runs are successful to ensure that the products displayed by Discover widgets are current. You can view the status of a data feed run using the Customer Engagement Console (CEC).

Note

Status information about data feed runs is located on the Analytics page but is also accessible through the Products section of the Catalog page.

To monitor a data feed run from the Products section of the Catalog page of the CEC:

  1. In the CEC, on the menu bar, click Catalog, then click Products.

  2. On the Product Browser tab, on the right side of the page, click the Last feed run link. This link opens the Product Feeds tab of the Analytics page.

    Note

    The text of the Last feed run link includes the date and time of the most recent feed run. For example: Last feed run: Oct 19, 4:51am

  3. To verify that the most recent data feed run has been completed successfully, view the Last Product Feed Processing Summary card at the top of the page. If there are any errors, they appear on this card.

  4. To view more details about any data feed run, click the row in the Job Run List at the bottom of the page.
