Refresh a template for a hosted page
In the Customer Engagement Console (CEC), you can refresh a template for a hosted page using the Edit Page Settings option. This is useful when there is a style change or a global resource change, for example.
To refresh a template:

In the CEC, on the menu bar, click Pages.

To find the page whose template you want to refresh, use the Search in pages field.

Hover the mouse over the page's name, click
, and then click Edit Page Settings.

In the Template section, click Edit.

Click Update template on Save (
), then click Save.
NoteA Template downloading in progress warning appears as the CEC downloads the template to your system. This process might take a couple of minutes.

Use your browser's reload button to reload the page.

On the Page Settings tab, click Publish.
