Enable automatic enrollment of Content Hub users
To use Sitecore Stream AI capabilities in Content Hub, users need to be part of a Sitecore Cloud Portal organization.
With automatic enrollment, new and existing Content Hub users are automatically added to your organization’s Cloud Portal when they interact with AI capabilities in Content Hub.
To enable automatic enrollment of Content Hub users:

Log in to the Sitecore Cloud Portal organization where you want to enable automatic enrollment.

On the homepage, on the menu bar, click Admin.

On the Team members page, click Configuration, then click Enable auto-enrollment.
If you disable automatic enrollment:

Content Hub users who aren't enrolled can't use AI capabilities because they aren't automatically added to the organization.

Users who have already been enrolled in the organization will not be affected.
