View unsubscribed contacts
Every email marketing campaign sent with Sitecore Send includes an unsubscribe link to give your recipients the option to remove themselves from your email list.
You can still view the people who have unsubscribed from the Reports page or the Mailing Lists page.
View the unsubscribed contacts of a campaign
To view the unsubscribed contacts of a specific campaign:

On the menu bar, click Reports > Campaign reports.

Click the campaign you want to view.

On the menu on the left, click Performance overview.

Navigate to the Unsubscribes section to view the number and the percentage of people who unsubscribed when they received this particular campaign.

Click Unsubscribes> and click the Complained tab to view both the number and percentage of people who considered your campaign as spam and asked to be removed from your email list.
View the unsubscribed contacts of an email list
To view the unsubscribed contacts of a specific email list:

On the menu bar, click Audience > Email lists.

Click the name of the email list that you want to view.

On the menu on the left, click Your dashboard.

Navigate to the Unsubscribed section to view the number of people who unsubscribed from this email list.

Click Unsubscribed > to view the email addresses that were unsubscribed.
