Overview of Storefront search features including search scopes, how to configure site searches, how to boost products in search results, how to create a sort order, and information about Shop pages and canonical URLs.
With the Storefront site template, the default Commerce pages rely on the Commerce Search Results rendering instead of the the Promoted Products and the Product List renderings. These search-based renderings work with search scopes to limit the search using the conditions you define. For more information, see Choosing between available renderings for product lists.
If you want to implement a unified search across the storefront so that customers can query both structured and unstructured data, watch the video on Discover Sitecore for more information.
To ensure storefront catalog items are indexed in the SXA standard indexes and are included in a storefront search, you need to configure the site search and configure SXA indexes to include Commerce catalog items.
