View a guest list in Sitecore CDP

The Guests screen displays the most recent 100 visitor guests and the most recent 100 customer guests, including all guests who are currently online.

To view a list of guests:

  1. On the navigation menu, click Guests. On the Guests page, the Guests banner displays the following:

The Guests page displays the Guests banner and list of guests.
    • All Guests - the total of all guest profiles, regardless of type.

    • Customer - the total of all guest profiles that have a guest type of customer.

    • Retired - the total of all guest profiles that have a guest type of retired.

    • Traveller - the total of all guest profiles that have a guest type of traveller.

    • Visitor - the total of all guest profiles that have a guest type of visitor.

  2. View the following information from the Guests list:

    • Name - the name of the guest. Click the arrow icon next to the column to sort by alphabetical order or reverse alphabetical order according to the guest's first name. This column only displays for organizations that capture Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data to create guest profiles.

    • ID - the unique identifier of the guest. This column only displays for organizations that do not capture PII data to create guest profiles. The id value that displays can be a guest reference that Sitecore CDP creates or a browser ID for the guest.

    • Guest Type - the guest type. This column only displays for organizations that capture PII data to create guest profiles.

    • First Seen - the date and timestamp of when the guest first interacted with your organization.

    • Last Seen - the date and timestamp of when the guest last interacted with your organization. If the guest is currently online and is interacting with your brand, this displays the date and timestamp of when the current session started.
