The Category comparative metrics report describes the overall values tracked for visits, orders, revenue, units, and views for a category.

A comparative metrics report has two parts, Metrics tiles and Metrics comparison over a date range.
This is the first part of a comparative metrics report. It displays a tile for every relevant metric and KPI. Each tile reports the overall value for the selected period. The following is a generic example of metric tiles.

Clicking a metric tile sets its metric as the first metric in the second part of this report, the Metrics comparison over the date range part.
This is the second part of a comparative metrics report. It is a line chart comparing two performance metrics over a selected period. You can select metrics from two drop-down menus.

You can also set the first metric by clicking a metric tile in Metric tiles, the first part of this report.
To examine data points in charts and tables, hover your mouse over the point or element.
To export data, click
and then click Export Data.
Reports are filtered according to the values selected in the data filters at the top of the section or in the containing report. Changing these values regenerates them.
Use the following filters to generate data for this report:
Date range - includes Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 14 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, and Customized range.
Devices - includes Desktop, Tablet, Mobile, and Bot.
App type - includes Web, Native, and Webview.
Country - includes a list of countries.
Visitor type - includes new and returning visitors.
Channel - includes different methods by which a visitor has accessed your website or mobile app.
Locale - includes a list of locales.
Depending on your domain setup, you might see some or all of these filters.

In BOPIS reports, metrics and KPIs take the following attributions:
BOPIS - when the visitor has a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.
BOPIS Intent - when the visitor does not have a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.
BOPIS add to cart (A2Cs) - the total number of items added to the shopping cart when the visitor has a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.
BOPIS AOV - the total revenue (currency) divided by the total orders when the visitor has a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.
BOPIS conversion rate (CVR) - the number of converted visits divided by the total number of sessions or visits when the visitor has a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.
BOPIS converted visits (CVT) - the number of visits resulting in a purchase when the visitor has a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.
BOPIS orders - the number of orders from sessions or visits when the visitor has a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.
BOPIS purchase revenue - the sum of all order amounts when the visitor has selected a store and has a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.
BOPIS purchase units - the total units from all orders when the visitor has selected a store and has a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.
BOPIS view revenue - the revenue from sessions or visits where a visitor viewed one or more products, made a purchase, and has a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.
BOPIS revenue per visitor (RPV) - the ratio of total revenue and total visits when the visitor has a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.
BOPIS intent add to cart (A2Cs) - the total number of items added to the shopping cart when the visitor does not have a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.
BOPIS add to cart (A2Cs) - the total revenue of items added to the shopping cart when the visitor does not have a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.
BOPIS intent conversion rate (CVR) - the conversion rate when the visitor does not have a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.
BOPIS intent converted visits (CVT) - the number of view-assisted converted visits when the visitor does not have a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.
BOPIS Intent orders - the number of orders from sessions or visits when a visitor does not have a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.
BOPIS intent purchase revenue - the sum of all order amounts when the visitor does not have a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.
BOPIS intent view revenue - the revenue from sessions or visits where a visitor viewed one or more products and does not have a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.
BOPIS intent visits - the number of visits when the visitor does not have a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.
Total online orders - the total number of online purchases.
Total online revenue - the total revenue from all online purchases.
