Top products
The Top products lists all products and their BOPIS metrics in a paginated table over the selected time period. From each row, you can drill down to the detailed report for that product.

To configure the columns, click Columns.
To sort the data set, click a column header.
To view all values and navigate through the paginated table, use the pagination controls below the table.
To drill down to a detailed report on an item, click the item.
To export data, click
and then click Export Data.
Reports are filtered according to the values selected in the data filters at the top of the section or in the containing report. Changing these values regenerates them.
Use the following filters to generate data for this report:
Date range - includes Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 14 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, and Customized range.
Devices - includes Desktop, Tablet, Mobile, and Bot.
App type - includes Web, Native, and Webview.
Country - includes a list of countries.
Visitor type - includes new and returning visitors.
Channel - includes different methods by which a visitor has accessed your website or mobile app.
Locale - includes a list of locales.
Depending on your domain setup, you might see some or all of these filters.

In BOPIS reports, metrics and KPIs take the following attributions:
BOPIS - when the visitor has a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.
BOPIS Intent - when the visitor does not have a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.
BOPIS intent views - the total number of views from visitor sessions or visits when the visitor does not have a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.
BOPIS intent rfk clicks - the total number of times visitors clicked a widget during a session when the visitor does not have a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.
BOPIS intent purchases - the total number of purchased units from visitor sessions or visits when the visitor does not have a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.
BOPIS intent purchase revenue - the sum of all order amounts when the visitor does not have a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.
BOPIS intent add to cart (A2Cs) - the total number of items added to the shopping cart when the visitor does not have a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.
BOPIS views - the total number of views from visitor sessions or visits when the visitor has a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.
BOPIS rfk clicks - the total number of times visitors clicked a widget during a session when the visitor has a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.
BOPIS purchases - the total number of purchased units from visitor sessions or visits when the visitor has a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.
BOPIS purchase revenue - the sum of all order amounts when the visitor has selected a store and has a confirmed store pick-up value in the order event.
