Categories performance overview
In the Analytics section of the Customer Engagement Console (CEC), in the Categories section, the Categories performance overview report describes the performance of the categories in your catalog.
For a selected time period, you can access the following reports on categories:

Top level categories - visits pie chart.

Top level categories - revenue pie chart.

Top second level categories - ranked for visits.

Top second level categories - ranked for revenue.
-
Top second level categories - ranked by abandoned carts.
-
Top second level categories - ranked for lowest CVR.
