Introduction to interactive experiences

Interactive experiences enable developers to create dynamic content by using APIs to access back-end systems for maximum server-side personalization.

You can create an interactive experience to show offers or operational messages with personalized, dynamic content over any web-based applications. For example, an organization with a retail site can show content on the My Orders page to alert the customer that their order has shipped and will be delivered on a specific date by a specific courier.

We recommend you create an interactive experience if your organization is confident that the customer experience will result in the best outcome. For example, if your organization ran a product recommender experiment and wants to put the winning variant in production. If you want to statistically test your variant against a control or other variants, we recommend you create an interactive experiment.
