Offer templates

An offer is a marketing message that contains information that can be presented to a guest in multiple channels. You can use an offer template to create offers. An offer template defines a structured data format that Sitecore Personalize recognizes as an offer in experiments, experiences, decision models, and analytics.

You can add a decision model to an experiment or experience to return the next best offer. To do this, you must configure the output column of a decision table, and then select the offer you want returned if the business rule returns true.

You must create an offer template before you can create an offer.
