Edit content
As a content author, you can make changes to content regardless of whether it has been published. This can be changes to the text itself or changes to the records or media associated with the content. If the content is not already published, you can publish it.
Content items that reference or use the item are shown in the Used by section of the details pane. Click a content item in this section to open its details page.

Required fields are indicated by asterisks. Fields might have help text to provide guidance. For fields that have a restriction on the number of characters, a character counter is displayed above the field.
To make it easier to find content, you can use the Search box and filter list. You can also reorder content by clicking the Name, Updated on, or Status heading.
