Create a triggered experience

To create a triggered experience:

  1. On the navigation menu, click Experiences. The experience list displays.

  2. Click Create > Triggered. The Name Your Experience window displays.

  3. In the Name your Experience field, enter an intuitive name for the experience. Sitecore Personalize automatically creates an ID when you name the experience.

    Important

    The experience name must be unique and not belong to any non-deleted experiences.

  4. Click Create.

  5. In the Webhook Composer tile, click Configure API request to compose a webhook using FreeMarker and send the triggered experience.
