Edit user roles in Sitecore Personalize
You can edit user roles to assign or remove roles from users.
If your organization uses Sitecore Cloud Portal, team members with an Organization Admin or Organization Owner role in Cloud Portal can change the app access of a team member.
If your organization does not use Sitecore Cloud Portal, you must have an Enterprise User Manager role in Sitecore Personalize to edit user role settings.
To edit a user role:

On the navigation menu, click
> Manage users. -
On the Users screen, to find a user, enter their name in the search box.

Click the user's name.

On the Edit User screen, select the check box next to each role you want to assign the user.

Clear the checkbox next to each role you want to unassign the user.

Click Save.
