Integrate Sitecore Content Hub with Sitecore Personalize
You can integrate your Sitecore Content Hub account with Sitecore Personalize to access approved images and other assets directly in your web templates and offers.

Enable your Personalize URL in Content Hub.

If you're using single sign-on (SSO), make sure that
authentication_modeis set to Passive.
Enable the Content Hub integration
Before you can use Content Hub assets in Sitecore Personalize, you need to enable the integration.
To enable the Content Hub integration:

On the navigation menu, click Settings
> Manage features. -
Find the Content Hub integration feature and turn on the switch
next to it.

In the Base URL field, enter your Content Hub base URL, for example:
https://yourdomain.contenthub.sitecorecloud.io -
Click Save. After you enable the Content Hub integration, you can start selecting approved Content Hub assets while configuring your experiences, experiments, and offers.
Use Content Hub assets in a web template
You can insert approved Content Hub assets into web templates used in experiences or experiments.
Experience
To use a Content Hub asset in a web template for an experience:

Open the web experience that uses the template you want to edit.

On the Experiences tile, click Edit
to open the variant.

In the right pane, go to the Image URL field and click Get Image URL.

A Sitecore Content Hub login dialog opens:
-
If you're not signed in, you're prompted to log in using Single Sign-On (SSO).

If you're already signed in, the login dialog skips authentication.

On the Approved assets tab, select the image you want to use.

In the Choose file to insert dialog, click Select. The asset's URL is copied to your clipboard automatically.

Paste the URL into the Image URL field.

Click Save. The selected image from Content Hub now appears in your web template.
Experiment
To use a Content Hub asset in a web template for an experiment:

Open the web experiment that uses the template you want to edit.

On the Experiment variants tile, find the variant you want to update and click Edit
.

In the right pane, go to the Image URL field and click Get Image URL.

On the Approved assets tab, select the image you want to use.

Click Save. The selected image from Content Hub now appears in your web template.
Use Content Hub assets in Offers
Before using a Content Hub asset in an offer, ensure that the offer template includes an Image URL type of attribute. This enables the Content Hub integration for that field.
To use a Content Hub asset in an offer:

Open the offer that uses a template with an Image URL attribute.

In the Attributes section, find the Image URL field and click Get Image URL.

A Sitecore Content Hub login dialog opens:

If you're not signed in, you're prompted to log in using Single Sign-On (SSO).

If you're already signed in, the login dialog skips authentication.

On the Approved assets tab, select the image you want to use.

In the Choose file to insert dialog, click Select.

The asset's URL is copied to your clipboard upon selection and is automatically added to the Image URL field in your offer. Click Save.
Troubleshooting
If you experience issues with the Content Hub integration, try the following steps:
Enable the Personalize URL in Content Hub
Make sure that you enable the Personalize URL in Content Hub:

In Content Hub, on the menu bar, click Manage.

On the Manage page, click Settings.
-
On the Settings page, in the search box, enter PortalConfiguration.

Expand PortalConfiguration and select CORSConfiguration.

In the URL field, enter your your Personalize base URL, for example,
https://app-personalize-eu.sitecorecloud.ioand click Add. -
Click Save.
Configure single sign-on
If you're using single sign-on (SSO), make sure that authentication_mode is set to Passive. For more information, see Configure redirection settings for DAM.
