Create a headless personalization

Important

Feature availability is part of a phased rollout. Your organization may not see this functionality yet. It will become available when your environment is included in the rollout.

A headless personalization is an experience with exactly one variant. Use it when you know what a qualifying audience should see and do not need to compare alternatives.

To create a headless personalization:

  1. In the navigation menu, click Optimization.

  2. In the left sidebar, click Tests & personalizations.

  3. Select Headless.

  4. Click Create.

  5. In the Create headless personalization dialog, enter a descriptive name for the personalization.

    Note

    SitecoreAI automatically generates a Friendly ID based on the personalization name. It cannot be changed later and is used when your application requests the experience.

  6. Click Create.

The Configuration page opens.
