Important
Feature availability is part of a phased rollout. Your organization may not see this functionality yet. It will become available when your environment is included in the rollout.
Use headless personalization when you already know what a qualifying audience should see. A personalization is a headless experience with exactly one variant.
Complete the following steps:
- Create a headless personalization. Give it a meaningful name.
- Configure the response that your application receives.
- Optionally, add a condition to control which visitors qualify for the personalization.
- Add a goal to measure test performance.
- Edit the details to add a description, tags, and channels.
- Use Preview API to test the API response before launch and verify the returned variant and response.
- Publish the personalization now or schedule it for later.
- Run the personalization from your application and use the returned data to render the experience.
- Monitor the personalization in Operational data and Performance analytics. Use Personalization insights dashboard to monitor reach, deliveries, errors, and breakdowns by language and channel.
