Audience and insights provides the following capabilities:

Identity resolution - recognize and unify fragmented profiles across devices, channels, and sessions. When a site visitor provides identifying information such as an email address, SitecoreAI matches and links related profiles based on your organization's identity rules. This creates a single, accurate view of each site visitor.

Affinities - identify what site visitors are most interested in based on the pages they view. Affinities calculate dynamic scores for the topics, categories, or attributes you configure on your site. These scores are stored in the profile and updated in real time, enabling personalized experiences based on what visitors view most.
