Working with Agentic studio

The Agentic studio in SitecoreAI brings human-AI collaboration into everyday marketing work, embedding AI directly into marketing workflows instead of treating it as a standalone tool.

Powered by agentic AI, Agentic studio is where marketers can ideate, brief, plan, and execute campaigns with intelligent assistance. Teams can delegate routine tasks and orchestrate work through autonomous agents that understand goals and context.

Prebuilt agents support common marketing scenarios (like brief generation, content creation), with the option to create custom agents for more specific needs and objectives.

Agentic studio supports both parallel execution and sequenced workflows. This allows teams to run several agents or flows at once, or chain multiple agents within a single action so each step builds on the previous output.

To open Agentic studio, in the navigation menu, click Agentic.

Agentic studio provides a workspace to centralize AI-powered activities.

You can also click the AI icon in the upper right corner to access Agentic studio features anywhere in the platform.

Important

To use Agentic studio and all its features, ensure Stream is enabled in the Sitecore Cloud Portal and that you have been added as a Stream user. If Stream isn't enabled yet, click Enable Stream in Cloud Portal and follow the on-screen instructions.

Before you start using Agentic studio

By default, agents do not understand your organization’s tone of voice, brand guidelines, or business context. Agents rely on configuration and contextual inputs to determine how they behave and what information they use.

Before working with Agentic studio, make sure that:

These initial setup steps are critical to how agents interpret prompts, generate outputs, and perform actions across workflows.
