Manage users

Admins can view and manage users and their Agentic studio roles and Builder license assignments.

• View all users who have accessed Agentic studio and their assigned roles. Roles include User and Editor.

• Change a user’s role at any time.

• To add new users, invite them through the Sitecore Cloud Portal. Users are added to the list automatically the first time they open Agentic studio.

  Note

  Existing organization admins and users appear in the list only after they open Agentic studio.

• Assign a Builder license to extend a user's capabilities. A license can be assigned to any user, regardless of role. Five licenses are included by default. Additional licenses can be purchased.

Builder license

Only Admins can view and manage user roles and Builder license assignments in Agentic studio.

Check and assign a Builder license

1. In the navigation menu, click Agentic.
2. In the left sidebar, click Settings.
3. Click User permissions.
4. In the user list, locate the user and check their role and Builder license assignment.
5. To assign a Builder license to a user, select the check box for Builder license.
6. Confirm the user row displays Builder in the Builder License column.
