Edit a page's content
In the page builder, you can edit the fields of the page. These fields are inherited from the template used to create the page.
To open the page content fields:
-
In the page builder Editor mode, in the right-hand pane, on the Pages tab, click on a page in the site tree to open it.
-
For this page, in the site tree, click
> Page content.
-
Edit the page fields as needed. The changes you make are saved automatically and instantaneously reflected in your page’s presentation. You can use the Undo and Redo buttons as long as you remain on the edited page.

The following labels above the fields indicate the status of the field, and how your edits will affect this page as well as other pages sharing the same field:
-
Shared - indicates fields that are shared by all versions in all languages. This can be for example the settings for the sitemap.
-
Unversioned - these fields are shared by all numbered versions in the same language.
-
Versioned – changes that you make to a versioned field only apply to the current version of the item in the current language. Editing text in a versioned page field is equivalent to inline editing the text in the page canvas.
-
Standard value – indicates that the value is inherited from the template. When you edit a standard value, the Reset button below the field becomes highlighted. You can click on it if you want to restore the field value to the standard value.
