Accessing the exported data

When an audience export finishes running, you can access the exported data for 35 days in any of the following ways:

  • Download the output directly from Sitecore CDP, if downloading from the app is enabled.

  • Download the output using the Audience export REST API.

  • Get notified by email.

  • Receive the output in an integration tool.

Downloading directly from Sitecore CDP

Team members with an Admin role in Sitecore Cloud Portal can enable and disable the ability to download the output of an audience export directly from Sitecore CDP. This applies to all users in the organization.

If enabled, you can download the output of an audience export that has finished running on the page of the audience export by clicking Activity > Finished exports > Download output.

Email notifications

When creating an audience export, you can configure Sitecore CDP to send an email notification when the export finishes running to the email address that you use to log in to Sitecore CDP, or to any other email address of your choice.

The email contains instructions for downloading the output.

Receiving the output in an integration tool

Instead of downloading the output manually, you can use an integration tool such as Sitecore Connect to automate the process of sending the exported data to third-party systems.
