Finish configuration and submit a public app for approval
After preparing to submit your app for approval from Sitecore, you must return to the app configuration page to finish setting up your app and submit it.
To finish configuring a public app and submit it for approval:

In the Cloud Portal, click App studio > Studio, then click the app you want to finish configuring.

Optionally, to rename your app, click the current name, update it, then click Accept

On the Configuration tab, finalize your app's extension points, API access, permissions, and deployment URL.
NoteIf you created client credentials, update the authorization URLs to include your production URL.

On the Overview tab, provide essential information about your app. All the information you enter here will appear in the public Marketplace.

Headline - briefly describe your app. The maximum length for the headline is 500 characters.

App logo - upload the final version of your app logo.

Description - describe your app's value proposition, features, and potential use cases.

Financial model - select one of the following monetization options for your app:

Free - free to use with full access to all features.

Freemium - basic features are free, while advanced options require payment.

Paid - requires payment to unlock and use all features.

Categories - select all relevant categories for your app to make it easier to discover in the public Marketplace.

Screenshots - upload a minimum of two and a maximum of six
.gif,.jpg, or.pngfiles. In the public Marketplace, screenshots will appear as 600×900 pixel thumbnails. -
Links - enter links to your app's website, support page, privacy policy, and terms of service.

Data & AI use overview - enter data usage and AI usage disclosures for your app:

Data usage disclosure - click Add data usage and compliance information.

AI usage disclosure - If your app uses AI or machine learning in any capacity, turn on the AI usage disclosure switch, and then click Add AI usage and compliance information.

On the Submission details tab, provide information about your app to Sitecore. The information you enter here will only be visible to Sitecore and will be used during the app approval process.

Contact information - enter your personal or company name and email address. Sitecore will contact you at this address during the app approval process.

App functionality - describe how your app works, and explain its business value and how it aligns with the Sitecore standards.

Security attestation - select the check box to confirm that your app complies with the Sitecore security checklist.

Make sure you completed all the preparation steps before submitting your app.

Click Submit for approval.
Sitecore will review your app and notify you. If your app is approved, you can publish it in the public Marketplace.
