Publish a decision template
When you are ready to make the decision template available for marketers to use, you must change the status from Draft to Published. This is set to Draft by default.
Team members with a User, Developer, Admin, or Read only role in Sitecore Cloud Portal can view decision template details.
To publish the decision template:

In the decision template, in the top-right corner, click the toggle switch to change the status to the Published state. The template then displays on the decision palette for the marketer to drag-and-drop onto the decision canvas.
