1. Understanding flows

ABM campaign

ABM Campaign is a flow that helps plan and launch account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns by enriching target accounts, generating campaign briefs, and creating personalized, on-brand content at scale.

When to use

  • Targeting high-value accounts

  • Scaling personalized outreach

  • Creating consistent, on-brand campaign content quickly

Agents in this flow

The ABM Campaign flow includes these agents:

  1. Account Data Enricher - reviews the prompt and uploaded files, then enriches each account with details such as industry, size, location, and recent insights.

  2. Brief Generator - uses enriched account data to create a campaign brief framework, including audience messaging, value propositions, and suggested channels.

  3. Bulk Content Generator - creates personalized content for the selected channels and formats based on the brief.

Run the flow

  1. In the navigation menu, click Agentic. Then, in the left sidebar, select Flows.

  2. On the Flows page, select ABM Campaign.

  3. In the dialog, enter a Space Title for the run.

In the Agents section, the agents included in the flow are added by default. You can add more agents, replace, or remove agents as needed.

  4. Provide the required inputs:

    • Parameters - select the parameters to define how the content should be generated:

      • Channels - for example, LinkedIn, Email.

      • Target Audiences - for example, IT Professionals.

      • Content Formats - for example, Social Media Post.

      Tip

To change the parameters the agent considers, you can edit the agent’s configuration.

  5. Optionally, provide the following:

      • CMS - select content item from a SitecoreAI site or collection.

      • Artifacts - use artifacts previously generated in any space.

      • Briefs - select a brief created in the Strategy app.

    • Context - use context as background information that guides how the agent generates results. Click Add context to include:

      • Artifacts - use any artifacts previously generated in the current space.

      • Brand kits - select your organization's brand kit.

    • Supporting files - click Browse to upload supported files related to your request.
