SitecoreAI DAM and Scrunch Knowledge Studio

- Connect to Scrunch - before you can work with SitecoreAI DAM content in Scrunch Knowledge Studio, make sure your SitecoreAI DAM environment is connected to Scrunch. The connection is live if the Scrunch Knowledge Studio page displays SitecoreAI DAM ACTIVE under the page title.
SitecoreAI DAM stores up-to-date, complete, and accurate information about your brand, such as approved product information, FAQs, media, and more. Although you already govern this brand truth in SitecoreAI DAM, much of the content is not available on the public Internet, so AI tools, such as search engines and chatbots, can't surface it. This means that AI tools might present their users with outdated, incomplete, or unreliable information about your brand and products.
Scrunch Knowledge Studio solves this problem by turning your trusted, internal brand knowledge stored in SitecoreAI DAM into a living source of truth for AI tools. See also the Scrunch documentation.
You can achieve this by converting SitecoreAI DAM source documents into a Scrunch knowledge document that AI tools can use. The process consists of the following steps:
- Generate a knowledge document from DAM source documents.
- Review the knowledge document.
- Approve the knowledge document so you can work with it in other areas of Scrunch.
