Change the status of a space
Spaces in Agentic studio use statuses to help teams track progress, coordinate work, and manage collaboration across agents and flows.
Updating the status ensures everyone understands the current stage of work, whether action is needed, and what comes next.
To update the status:

In the navigation menu, click Agentic. Then, in the left sidebar, select Spaces.

On the Spaces page, locate the space you want to update.
You can use filters or search by title, agent name, or flow.

Click the space to open its details.

In the top-right corner, click the current status (for example, Draft).

From the dropdown, select the appropriate status. Use statuses consistently to reflect the state of work and signal next steps:

Draft - the initial status of the space after creation.

In Progress - work is actively underway.

Needs Input - work is blocked and requires input or action from others.

Review Needed - work is ready for feedback or approval.

Paused - work is temporarily on hold.

Completed - all work is finished.

Archived - the space is no longer active and kept for reference.
The status updates immediately.
