Set automated actions for a headless A/B/n test

Important

Feature availability is part of a phased rollout. Your organization may not see this functionality yet. It will become available when your environment is included in the rollout.

Configure automated actions to control what SitecoreAI does when a headless A/B/n test has a winning variant or produces an inconclusive result.

You can configure automated actions while the test is in Draft status.

To set automated actions:

  1. Open the A/B/n test you want to edit.

  2. In the Automated actions section, under If there is a winning variant, select one of the following:

    • Assign all the traffic to the winning variant - assigns 100% of the test traffic to the winning variant.
    • Assign all the traffic back to the control variant - assigns 100% of the test traffic to Variant A (Control).

  3. Under If test is inconclusive, select one of the following:

    • Keep running the test - continues the test using the current traffic assignment.
    • Assign all the traffic back to the control variant - assigns 100% of the test traffic to Variant A (Control).

  4. Click Save.

SitecoreAI applies the selected action when the corresponding test outcome occurs.
