Manage company information in Sitecore CDP

You can manage your company's information such as the time zone, currency, and language.

Team members with an Organization Admin or Organization Owner role in Sitecore Cloud Portal to manage company information.

To manage company information:

  1. On the navigation menu, click > Company Information.

  2. On the Company Information page, complete the following fields:

    • Company Name - enter your organization's name.

    • Time Zone - select your organization's time zone from the drop-down list. This sets the time zone that displays in the Sitecore CDP UI.

    • Currency - select your organization's currency from the drop-down list. This sets the currency for monetary values that display in the UI. This is not the currency accepted by the Sitecore CDP APIs.

    • Language - select your organization's primary language from the drop-down list.

    • Date Format - select your organization's date format from the drop-down list. This sets the format for dates shown in the UI. This is not the date format accepted by the Sitecore CDP APIs.

    • Cookie Domain - enter your organization's cookie domain. This should match the domain name that displays in the guest's browser address bar, for example, .yourorganization.io

    • Contact Email - enter your organization's contact email address. This is the address where password resets and other email messages are sent.

    • Contact Phone - enter your organization's contact phone number.

  3. Click Save.
