View tenant settings in Sitecore CDP

You can view tenant settings and company information such as the time zone, currency, and language.

To view tenant settings:

  1. On the navigation menu, click > Company Information.

  2. On the Company Information page, you can view the following fields:

    • Company Name - your organization's name.

    • Time Zone - your organization's time zone. This is the time zone that displays in the Sitecore CDP UI.

    • Currency - your organization's currency. This is the currency for monetary values that display in the UI. This is not the currency accepted by the Sitecore CDP APIs.

    • Language - your organization's primary language.

    • Date Format - your organization's date format. This is the format for dates shown in the UI. This is not the date format accepted by the Sitecore CDP APIs.

    • Cookie Domain - your organization's cookie domain. This matches the domain name that displays in the guest's browser address bar, for example, .yourorganization.io

    • Contact Email - your organization's contact email address. This is the address where password resets and other email messages are sent.

    • Contact Phone - your organization's contact phone number.
