Pause an experiment in Sitecore Personalize

You can pause a live experiment to edit its properties. Editing an experiment invalidates the test results.

To pause an experiment:

  1. On the experiment builder, click Pause.

  2. On the confirmation dialog, click Pause. The experiment is paused until you restart it.

    Warning

    After you pause an experiment, the experiment can still run for a period of time due to caching and if there are guests with open sessions.
