The publishing jobs table
The publishing jobs table lets you gain full visibility into the publishing operations within your environment. You can use it to see who initiated a publishing action and when it was triggered. Additionally, you can get insights into the status of the current publishing process. This enhanced transparency makes it easier for you to monitor, track, and troubleshoot publishing activities, ensuring timely and efficient content updates.
To open the publishing jobs table:

In the navigation menu, click Settings. Then, in the left-hand pane, click Publishing jobs.
The table lists all the publishing jobs in the environment from the last 30 days, showing the latest triggered job at the top of the table. Above the table, tiles indicate the total number of jobs in the queue, and any failed jobs in the last 30 days. This table refreshes every 20 seconds to reflect real-time status updates.

The Publishing jobs table lists:

Job - the job name, sometimes containing information such as item being published, its location, and the item ID.

Status - the status of the publishing job from creation to publication, including queued, running, completed, completed with warnings, canceling, canceled, or failed.
For running, completed, and failed jobs, the status details of the entities that were published, unpublished, skipped, or failed to be either published on or deleted from Edge.

Triggered - the date when the job was triggered, and the name of the user who triggered it.

Ended - the time and date when the publishing job ended, and its total duration from when it started running up to the present time - if the job is still running - or to the time it ended.

Triggered from - the tool from which the job was started.

Details
- additional details about the job such the internal job ID, the type of publishing (for example, Smart or Republish), the publishing options, the languages of the items being published, and the duration of the publishing process, including both queue and running times.
You can filter the table by job status, the name of the user who triggered the job, or the date it was triggered. You can also sort using the Publishing triggered column. To clear all filters from the table and see the data in full, click Clear all.
You can cancel a queued or running job you started mid-process without restarting the environment.

To troubleshoot a failed job:

In the table, click Details for the failed job, and use the internal job ID to browse the publishing logs located in the environment logs in Deploy app.
