Page Analyzer
The Page Analyzer report provides insights into actual guest behavior and individual page performance using comprehensive data analysis. It is designed to map out customer journeys through visualization of guest-traffic patterns and navigation behavior.
The report shows the number of guests landing on a page, identifies the referring pages, and the subsequent routes guests take throughout their journey. For example, it can display the actual route leading to a conversion, or any path leading to a high bounce rate or cart abandonment.
You can use the filters in the Page Analyzer report to display data according to the following options:
-
Time - select a time frame to display data in the report such as last week, last month, last 6 months, or a custom date range. By default, the report shows data from the previous month.
The exact dates and times used for the data currently displayed are indicated as Viewing data for [start date and time] - [end date and time], based on your organization's time zone.
-

Customer Journey
The Customer Journey graph, presented as a Sankey diagram, visually represents guest navigation patterns across a website. It can display up to 20 distinct nodes, where each node represents a different page in the customer journey. It highlights various routes taken on the website, making it easier to understand guest movement between pages. It lets you identify underperforming or low-traffic pages aligned with your business goals and implement strategic actions to enhance website performance.
In the following Customer Journey graph, each node corresponds to a specific web page, like Homepage, Login, Flight Search Results, Confirmation, and so on. The graph traces paths from one page to another, with each path distinguished by a distinct color.

When you hover your mouse over a specific path on the graph, it becomes highlighted, and a tooltip appears, providing data regarding guest traffic on that route. In the following image, the tooltip displays Homepage > Flight Search Results 3,601,225. This indicates that 3,601,225 guests navigated from the Flight Search Results page directly to the Homepage page.

Similarly, when you hover your mouse over an individual node on the graph as shown in the following image, it becomes highlighted and a tooltip appears, providing the page name and the number of views. In the Flight Search Results node below, it shows that the page received 4,113,491 views. Additionally, the graph highlights all incoming and outgoing connections linked to the node, providing a view of guest traffic to and from this particular page.

Page Traffic Details
This table shows a breakdown of website traffic in terms of guest transitions between different pages. It specifically tracks guest movement from an origin page to a destination page, for example, from the Homepage to the Login page. The table also includes a Trend column, which compares current traffic metrics with those from a previous period.
To sort a column by name or count, click the column heading.
